This adapter allows you to run a Mitsubishi cam angle sensor in place of a auxiliary shaft driven distributor on B21/23/ B230. Some 700/900 motors will need a 240 auxiliary shaft that has the gear machined into the shaft. You will also need a CAS off a 89-92 mitsubishi eclipse with a 4g63 and some form of a programmable EMS to set this up.
Taking the crank signal from the aux shaft is beneficial since you now have a cam reference and can run a sequential injection setup. It also is much more stable than a crank trigger setup in Mega Squirt.
