These mounts allow fitment of a OHC redblock into a chassis that was orignally equipped with a pushrod redblock. These are an improvement over that setup as they use the original rubber mounts for your car instead of fussing with offset 240 mounts. They place the engine in the exact spot as the orignal but in the slant mount configuration as it would have been mounted in the 240/7/9 car. No modification to the oil pump needed with this setup.
