Yoshifab is a small shop with upto 3 employees working at any one time. We are growing but time gets strechecd thin when its moslty one guy doing design, manufacturing, sales, website, emai... and phone calls. Quick calls about orders that can be answered by "Yes/No", "Thursday", "10mm", etc are no issue. If you have purchased a product and have a basic install question not covered in our tech section we have no problem answering.
If you have a lengthy discussion about your build (or life or anything really) that must be answered by Josh, please select at least one of this item. Let us know what times you are generally avaliable and we can set up a time to give you your time. If you decide to buy a setup from us we have no issue refunding you this if you desire.
